Robert Half Office Team Sales Assistant in Los Angeles, California
Global organization is looking for a Sales Assistant to support their beverage division on a temporary basis for up to three months, possibly longer. This role is covering for a maternity leave and will require someone to work 18-22 hours a week, possibly more. The company is open 8:30-5:30 so you are flexible to work the hours within that timeframe. As the Sales Assistant you will support a very busy and fast paced department. The job is essentially a data entry position and you will be working to track information regarding inventory and processing depletion reports from distributors. You will be trained on a program called Tradepulse which is specific to the beverage industry. You will be responsible for helping the team identify inaccuracies in reporting. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced skills in Excel. Pivot tables is not required, but would be a strong plus.
