JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requisition Number17-0256 The Talent Retention Specialist acts as ambassador to CLI employees providing information and support services to all stages of the employee experience. Develop strategies to retain a strong and healthy workforce, and promotes CLI as an employer of choice in the communities CLI serves. Reward and recognize employees to support and advance the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Specific Responsibilities: * Assist employees and their leaders in visualizing and learning about opportunities that are available as they progress through a career at CLI. * Build trust with employees and assess the degree of employee satisfaction and engagement that exists in a department or in the organization. * Identify, gather, and recommend opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and the employee experience. * Support and collaborate on the development of specific initiatives to drive employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational effectiveness programs. * Facilitate interaction and communication between CLI and employees to recognize and reward work and behaviors that support/advance the mission, vision, values and initiatives of the organization. * Utilize metrics and insights to monitor the impact of TLC initiatives, recommends continuous improvement actions.
