Honeywell Sales Leader Specialty Chemicals / Pharma in London, United Kingdom

A key area for growth of our business aligns to our global Breakthrough Initiatives (BTI) – Honeywell growth initiatives that haven’t traditionally been “core” to our business but are now being driven to deliver “breakthrough” growth. We are seeking an experienced, highly professional sales leader who will provide the leadership required in EMEA as the Breakthrough Initiative Leader for Specialty Materials and Pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities: * Responsible for all EMEA business related to the growth of Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceutical BTI * Interact with key Regional Business Leaders, Sales and Marketing Leaders to ensure there is alignment between the business and sales needs * Owns the Sales Execution Strategy for the Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceutical BTI for the EMEA * Provide guidance and support to sales departments, Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers on the growth of Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceutical initiative in the EMEA * Provide leadership to branch based Account Managers focusing on Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceutical BTI * Work closely with Marketing and Technology for successful product launches and achieve * New product introductions (NPI) targets for the EMEA (related to Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceutical BTI)

Required Experience: * Minimum 10 years’ experience in Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceutical businesses * Experienced in the automation industry, preferably with solutions background, including DCS, SCADA, MES solutions * Pharma automation and regulatory compliance know-how and reliability experience a plus * Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * Proven track record in sales or people management * Proven business acumen in driving growth of “start-up” or “ground floor” businesses * Strong ability to manage through influence * Skills in areas of planning and holding commercial negotiations * Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills. * Ability to communicate and collaborate at executive management levels internally and externally * Demonstrated experience in conflict management * Experienced in the use of CRM tools and Strategic Selling methodologies such as "Value Based Selling" * Ability and willingness to travel with typically 50% away from home.
