Sony Music UK Junior Account Manager, International Sales in London, United Kingdom
Day to day management of multi artist / catalogue campaigns on digital partners; iTunes account management for multi market stores & other ad hoc digital sales team initiatives.
Multi Artist / Catalogue Campaigns:
Coordinating campaign initiatives on major download partners to generate significant incremental sales.
Collating basic product details including where products are available and current pricing.
Working with operations teams on operational processes, pricing and product issues.
Ensuring campaigns are successfully implemented in the various Sony Music systems and on store.
Clearly communicating product status or issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Using iTunes Connect to monitor product issues, pricing, release dates, clearance information, product tickets.
Evaluating current operational processes and suggesting, where needed, opportunities for improvement.
Working in partnership with colleagues to develop relevant digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness of and traffic to key accounts.
Working with Analyst to develop campaign analysis and other analysis appropriate to the campaigns.
Keeping a log of all campaigns and the various tasks as they are completed.
iTunes Account Management:
Manage day to day relations with iTunes for various regional stores as well as the relevant international affiliate markets that are included in these multi market stores.
Increase SME revenue and market share in these stores & markets.
Build strong relationships with key contacts at these accounts, repertoire owners, releasing affiliates & operations teams and act as escalation point for relevant issues.
Manage the release flow for major releases and advise on local priority release set up where relevant.
Develop & manage new product and campaign initiatives to generate significant incremental sales/streams and harmonize Sony new release presentation and campaigns.
Educate territories on best practices to increase SME market share via territory/label/artist participation in campaigns, pricing promotions, exclusives and other opportunities.
Provide regular best practice information to repertoire owners and iTunes where needed.
Monitor and analyse digital sales forecasts, plans, and actual results using analyst generated reports and analyses. Establish transparency on performance and make recommendations to correct under-performance.
Provide guidance on controlling quality of new release and catalogue offerings, clean up, pricing and involvement in campaigns.
Work with relevant departments to continually improve operational processes and resolve issues.
Work in partnership with colleague to develop relevant digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness of the traffic to key accounts.

Using Sony Music reporting systems to produce produce/campaign reporting
