Pythian Inside Sales Representative in London, United Kingdom

JOB SUMMARY

The Inside Sales representative is in charge of hunting new business in Europe with a specific focus on the UK/Nordic areas. With this role, it is expected that once you identify a prospect, you will engage with the in-region Account Executive, follow the standard sales process and the two of you will work the opportunity together, subject to the discretion of the Managing Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continuously uncover and assess IT Services opportunities within net-new accounts in an assigned Territory working in collaboration with Pythian Account Executives

  • Assist the team to organise Pythian events in the assigned territory, with and without partners

  • Manage sales cycle from beginning to end with collaboration from Account Executives

  • Follow Pythian sales processes and be a master of the CRM tool

  • Negotiate and close sales agreements

  • Work collaboratively with an outsourced researcher to identify new leads to target

  • Conduct high levels of prospecting activity on a daily basis to maintain a large pipeline

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales Development, Legal, and Technical teams throughout salesprocess

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quota and targets

  • Other Duties As Assigned By Ones Manager

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Someone with two years experience of B2B sales, preferably in an SDR / appointment setting role. The ideal person will have overachieved here and will be looking to advance their sales career. This role is designed to be that next step for an ambitious sales person.
