Job DescriptionSupervise the day to day activities of the enrollment functionReview and oversee the workflows and processes for entering and maintaining enrollment information in the appropriate systemsDevelop, implement and maintain production and quality standards for the enrollment teamCoordinate and resolve any reporting or systems issues with Corporate ITInvestigate and resolve data issues and questions regarding member eligibility and enrollment recordsRespond to state complaints regarding member eligibility and enrollment records or provide information to respond to those issuesMonitor escalated and complex enrollment issues due to processes and recommend improvements for automation to reduce errorsGenerate internal ad-hoc reports and analysis as neededQualifications Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of member enrollment, member eligibility, member services or data analysis experience. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects. Lead experience in a Medicaid program preferred.
