Oracle Business Systems Architect & Administrator in Liberty Corner, New Jersey
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization*s operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.
Develops and monitor PandL forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.
Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.

Provide leadership and strategy for Moat s use of technology to support business team
Recruit and manage business systems team
Collaborate internally across all Moat departments to ensure optimal system configuration to maximize business benefit
Implement and administer tools to support go to market needs
Refine existing processes and workflows as internal client needs change
Monitor and enhance user experience and productivity
Lead the administration of Moat s instance of Salesforce.com
Partner with stakeholders to flesh out requirements and edge cases in order to improve the implementation and execution of large scale business operations initiatives
Work across teams to gather and document business requirements that align with both short term and long term vision.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvements
Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of systems and existing customizations
Documenting system changes and proposed changes
*About You: *
8 years of experience
Salesforce certified developer, deep expertise with Apex coding and Salesforce customization and administration
Experience developing custom APIs to integrate with Salesforce
Proven experience as a leader in business systems
Experienced as an Administrator of Enterprise SaaS applications, such as Salesforce, JIRA, Conga, Docusign
Excellent communication skills with a team oriented mindset
Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting
Experience with process improvement, workflow and evaluation of business processes required
