Sitting and/or standing at workstation for extended periods; lifting and/or carrying light-weight objects.
8:00 am-5:00 pm; Monday-Friday; and occasional evenings and weekends.
Job Summary
Provide leadership in the facilitation and collaboration of university-wide advising, specifically exploratory and pre-professional advising and develop a consistent and technology-driven system along with a centralized communication strategy focusing on the life cycle of the undergraduate student. Work with the University Advising Community, Career Center, Residence Halls and other units that support undergraduate success to develop a standardized approach using technology to intervene at precise points in the student life cycle. Work closely with Associate Provost's Operations Office (technology, decision-making and assessment). Work closely with enrollment management and delivery of informational workshops for current and prospective students.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Higher education communication, assessment, liaison, excellent written and verbal skills, collaboration, and ability to handle multiple projects and processes simultaneously.

Preferred Education/Experience
MA plus 4 years Higher Education experience coordinating academic programs in a collaborative manner with positive results based on technology driven assessments.
