Physical Therapist needed to provide outpatient therapy services and home health care visits at assisted living facilities in Lebanon, Ephrata, and Harrisburg, PA including Linden Village, a personal care home in Lebanon, PA that is part of HCR-ManorCare family of facilities. We offer a generous per visit compensation package. Weekday hours are available and we will work with you on preferred schedules and hours. Comfort with geriatric clients and individuals with dementia is preferred as well as proficiency with physical agent modalities such as ultrasound and electric stimulation. Currently new and exciting clinical programs are being developed to meet the needs of our residents.

A Physical Therapist at HCR ManorCare plans and administers prescribed physical therapy treatment program for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, or injury.

Prior experience in Physical Therapy preferred, but not necessary.
Credentialed Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, obtained a passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination and currently licensed in applicable state where working.
Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Walking, standing, bending, stooping and sitting for prolonged periods. Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities.
