SUMMARY As a SALES REPRESENTATIVE you will be highly driven to ensure customers have an excellent experience on each phone call. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for this department and this sales representative will pride themselves on excellence in service and follow-up. Team members are kind to customers and helpful to each other to ensure calls are handled with minimal wait times. This sales representative will handle busy phone calls in a highly focused customer service setting. This sales representative will de-escalate problems to ensure customers are happy, you'll follow up on items requiring research and enter information in the system to ensure each member has accurate electronic records at their disposal. This sales representative will handle time-sensitive information and will work to ensure excellent customer experiences.
