High Construction is looking for a Project Executive QA/QC who will have responsibility for field based activities including quality control and assurance, self performance, safety and subcontractor coordination to meet the company's/ projects stated functional,
economic, schedule, safety and aesthetic requirements. Driving quality and safety in the field are critical including evaluation of field staff specifically along these guidelines.
Supervision, training, leadership, administration and coordination of hourly co-workers and field activities.
In conjunction with President, VP of Operations and Senior team, execute company and project strategy to meet financial goals.
In conjunction with VP of Operations and Senior team, execute company and project strategy to meet schedule goals
In conjunction with VP of Operations and Senior team, execute company and project strategy to meet technical quality and customer satisfaction goals. Drive quality assurance through all field staff with robust manual created and updated by this position.
Overall management of company and job-site safety programs.
Overall management of self-perform work operations, along with maintaining data of performance to estimate.
Monitor General Conditions costs independently to assure final costs being within estimated costs.
Duties include: promoting positive public awareness of company, participating in sales and marketing activities, developing and executing company strategy, public speaking, and representation of Senior Team duties.
Work with Both VP of Operations and VP of HREG projects to maintain regular (monthly, but no more than 6 week intervals) project operations meetings.
Prior experience as a General Superintendent, or 10 or more years of superintendent/project management experience in commercial/institutional construction or equivalent construction experience. A four year technical degree is required. Valid drivers license
