This is a challenging position that comes with greatrewards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide first tier callsupport to troubleshoot and resolve PC, printer, and server hardware,software, and network connectivity problems* Provide excellent customerservice while handling approximately 40 support calls a day* Track end-userrequests and problems to ensure timely problem resolution* Implement newsoftware and PC/printer hardware* Coordinate vendor service calls whenappropriate* Setup and maintain user accounts* Maintain a team call queueabandonment rate below 6.5%* Troubleshoot issues related to PC, Wyse,and printer hardware* Troubleshoot issues related to the Windows 7 operatingsystem* Troubleshoot issues related to VMWare View workstations ESXienvironment* Microsoft Office opening and basic functionality* Login process*Releasing connections on open files* Group Policy* Basic understanding andknowledge of networking* Various projects assigned by management* Other dutiesas assigned Salary Commensurate with ExperienceRequirementsMINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION:* One to three years of technical customerservice experience required* Foundational knowledge of both PC and networkhardware and software requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OFPOSITION:N/AREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:* Basic understanding of PChardware, Windows 7, and Microsoft Office* Excellent customer service,organizational, and troubleshooting skills* Ability to manage multiple tasksand priorities* Basic understanding of Active Directory (AD)* Passwordresets* Group Memberships* General application troubleshooting* Timemanagement and organizational skills for assigned projectsWork HoursMayInclude SaturdaysFirstBank is an EOE/Affirmative Action employer.
