The Implementation Manager leads, coordinates, and supports wireless network implementation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The role manages vendors, activities and personnel performing installation, commissioning, integration, testing and maintenance of Ericsson and ALU equipment.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage vendors and internal services in accordance with the deployment schedule of the Project manager.

  • Participate in customer meeting for get feedback, escalation and co-ordination of integration activities.

  • Deliver a high quality work product on-time and in-budget.

  • Formal Education and / or Training

  • OEM technical certification preferred

  • Years of Experience in similar role, or other role if applicable

  • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications as an installer, integrator or implementation manager

  • Computer or Other SkillsExperience with client databases and OSS

    • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge and Abilities

Ability to guide on-site and remote technical teams toward quick resolution with troubleshooting principals Requirements/qualifications

General understanding of RF propagation principals and general knowledge of RF sweeps

General understanding of Core and RAN network connectivity

Define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and give high quality actionable feedback to vendors and stakeholders

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Ability to build and improve process maps to drive priority, quality and efficiency
