n Position Description n


Provides accurate and timely performance of all activities necessary to produce payrolls for over 16K employees. Insure daily inbound/outbound files are exchanged as expected and be proficient in maintaining/processing Garnishment requests.



+ Execute, validate and perform necessary tasks to complete accurate and successful employee payrolls

+ Manage and maintain court ordered Garnishments

+ Perform necessary data entry in preparation to reconcile/balance payroll prior to payment transmission and generate reports from multiple sources

+ Confers with a variety of internal and external parties (e.g. employees, auditors, banking institutions, etc.) for the purpose of problem solving inquires related to payroll processing

+ Analyzes and responds to complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures; authorizes exceptions to the policy within defined limits

+ Must demonstrate solid customer service skills while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality

+ Strong communication proficiencies required to interact with all levels of the organization

+ Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations; assists coordination of approved changes within payroll processing system and updates affected policy/procedure manuals
