The Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, Residential Care Services Division has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join their Compliance Unit. This role will be located in Lacey, Washington at our headquarters.

Some of what you'll be doing This role will give you the opportunity to provide administrative support to the Compliance Unit which is accountable for statewide enforcement activities. You will serve as administrative support and be responsible for maintaining communication with federal and state entities. You will establish, implement and maintain office systems related to processing reports, computer/data systems, meeting, tracking and analyzing internal and external performance measures.

High school graduation or GED AND four years of progressively responsible experience in office, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting or general administrative work.


Formal education and/or training in bookkeeping or accounting will substitute year-for year for experience.
