POSITION SUMMARY A Customer Service representative works with minimum supervision and as part of a team to perform data entry, verification and generation of paperwork required to receive, inspect, pick, re-work, inventory, document, load, and ship unitized and non-unitized products. This position requires a combination of production accounting, attention to detail, accuracy and data entry skills. A Customer Service Representative must maintain a commitment to safety, strong math skills, and the ability to use computer equipment such as fax machines, scanners, computers, and printers. All Customer Service Representatives Must Have the Ability to: Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards. Maintain a ttendance as outlined in the company’s attendance policy on all scheduled shifts. Perform data entry tasks in SAP and Holman’s Warehouse Management (WMS) and Yard Management Systems (YMS). Interface with Material Handlers, Shift Supervisors and Ops Manager to maintain accurate and professional records and audit trails for product handled by Holman Distribution Center personnel. Maintain accurate records relating to the “chain of custody” while product is under Holman Distribution Centers control. Read and retain information contained in written standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Maintain a clean and professional work environment. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
