We're currently looking for HR Manager Baltics, Business&Manufacturing Units

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and HR support for the Management Team, communicate and align with Regional HR on HR principles, policies and procedures.

  • Apply and build on Organizational Development tools and processes available in Mondelez (e.g., Employee Survey) to improve work environment (culture) and build the Mondelez Team. Identify programs, initiatives to address organisational needs and/or issues that occur in the company. Identify opportunities for re-engineering processes, forming policies and principles. Maintain required data and reporting on organisation structure.

  • Maintain and improve performance management systems focusing on process and content. Provide multi-sided support to internal customers (e.g., departments, management team, etc.) to accomplish efficient performance reviews. Ensure quality, deadlines and follow-up on the output (collation of needs, feedback, etc.)

  • Participate in headcount planning. Monitor and ensure consistency in grading for Mondelez positions to reward appropriately. Conduct salary reviews in alignment with the country Compensation&Benefits strategies. Support incentive programme process for eligible employees, in co-operation with the Regional organisation. Support budget planning.

  • Provide appropriate, high-quality learning opportunities for employees. Ensure job and function specific management training and development programs are in line with the organization and individual development needs and within the allocated and approved budget. Ensure proper Safety & Security and other mandatory training in accordance with all relevant legal requirements and company policies and procedures.

  • Identify new and apply existing tools (e.g., traineeship, internship) for attracting talents to the Company. Select high quality people for administration and Plant positions. Ensure quality seasonal/temporary workforce and data maintenance for legal and management purposes. Take part in suppliers bidding process to ensure “value for money” approach.

  • Ensure adequate timeframe and correctness of labour relations (employment) at the Company in compliance with current labour legislation. Co-ordinate development of regulatory documents (employment contracts, provisions, notices, factory regulations) in co-operation with Legal department. Manage good working relationship and co-operation with local works council.

For this role you will need to have:

  • University degree, ideally in Economics and/or social sciences

  • Human Resources qualification preferred

  • At least 5 - 7 years experience in an industry environment in HR (covering Organizational Development, Compensation&Benefits, Labour Relations and generalist role); ideally 2-3 years experience in HR Manager role.

  • At least 2 – 3 years leadership experiences with a minimum of 3 direct reports

  • Experiences in implementing organisational changes or designing and recommending appropriate organisational structure

  • Fluent English

  • Good PC knowledge (MS Office, SHARP, SAP)

  • Strategic, conceptual and analytical skills, ability to drive continuous improvement

  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy

  • Advanced communication & negotiation skills ( e.g with Unions, Works councils)

  • Planning, priority setting, problem solving and monitoring skills

  • Organisation, facilitation and training skills

  • Experienced in creating a team work culture
