Under supervision, assemble products following Quality System Regulations (“QSR’s”). Document processes used.

What is the work you will be doing?

  • Follow clean room procedures

  • Follow production schedule

  • Follow Instructions

  • Read drawings and Shop Orders

  • Collect materials required

  • Assemble product according to QSR’s, Manufacturing Procedures (MPs), and other applicable company procedures

  • Package and label product

  • Document procedures by initialing and dating

  • Shop Order Works with Engineers and Supervisors Recognizes issues and takes corrective action within scope

  • Notify supervisor or lead of issues or discrepancies

  • May participate in helping the lead and supervisor resolve issues

  • Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation

  • Works directly with the Lead Operator

  • Receives direction from Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Lead

Do you have these experiences or skills?


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • One to two years assembly experience, medical device preferred


  • Reading and understanding drawings

  • Reading Shop Orders and work instructions

  • Quality System Regulations

  • ISO procedures

  • Understand assembly procedures

  • Use of various assembly tools, including microscopes, calipers

  • Recognize problems and take corrective measures within scope of authority; notify supervisor

Working Conditions: sitting, standing, manual dexterity, working on things while looking through a microscope, hand/eye coordination, light lifting, direct exposure to health and safety hazards associated with production materials and equipment, use of company supplied safety equipment.
