Our preferred client is seeking a Controller for a large construction/RE development company located in Coachella Valley. Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility over construction budget and WIP, working directly with Project Managers.
Production of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.
Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls
Experience with public financing (CFD's) a tremendous PLUS
Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting
