Description

PURPOSE: The purpose of an Equipment Recovery Coordinator is to support the overall utilization of equipment within the day to day operations of the company through the assigning of company equipment, recovery of company-owned equipment, and the prepping of company trade equipment. The Equipment Recovery Coordinator is responsible with assisting management with day to day processes and functions deemed necessary to efficiently run the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and organize the recovery of all abandoned company and lease power units

  • Manage a team of professional recovery drivers and stand in recovery drivers who will participate in the physical recovery of company/lease equipment

  • Track and submit all pay sheets and payroll for recovery team

  • Report weekly and monthly metrics related to recovery

  • Track and audit monthly bus and fuel expense reports

  • Generate purchase orders and process invoices related to Equipment Utilization

  • Assist in managing the company tow truck driver related to recovering equipment

  • Assist and execute some administrative functions relating to the facility and staff

  • Assist and/or participate in special projects

Minimum Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree required, preferably in the Business related field(s) or equivalent work experience

  • Proficient in data retrieval and organization in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Strong project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Ability to map out and plan

  • Absorb information quickly and recognize inconsistencies with the data provided
