Job Description: Wolters Kluwer Health’s Clinical Effectiveness (CE) organization is a fast-growing and innovation-driven healthcare information technology (HIT) provider working on the front lines of clinical care. This position is responsible for managing the international product management activities for the Clinical Drug Information (CDI) business. These activities include working cross-functionally to ensure that our solutions are meeting customer needs, are prioritized appropriately, are launched effectively, provide appropriate return on investment and support the strategic direction of CDI. This position can be based from a remote office.


•Develop data-driven (e.g. customer problems/needs analysis, market segmentation, competitive analysis) strategy and execution plans to achieve business objectives.

•Manage the development and execution of comprehensive, strategic product development and partnership plans aimed at delivering innovative, effective, and highly competitive products and solutions driving positive and meaningful business growth.

•Identify market problems - capture "Voice of the Customer" and employ Design Thinking principles to create new products and design product enhancements.

•Work with Product Owners to ensure that projects are prioritized appropriately and business cases are developed.

•Working in conjunction with Finance, Content, and Technology, evaluate resources invested in supporting product lines to ensure appropriate resource allocation that drive business performance.

•Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that product launches are effective and follow repeatable processes.

•Oversee lifecycle of products to ensure that they are managed effectively from launch to sunset.

•Support innovation needs as requested from CDI iLab.


•Participate in all relevant meetings and assume a leadership role in these meetings as needed.

•Participate in all corporate training, company initiatives and performance planning exercises.

•Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Education: A Bachelors degree is required. MBA preferred.


•7+ years of technology product management experience

•Experience with Agile development processes

•Experience in developing and launching products globally.

•Healthcare experience preferred.
