Assists in developing new business and with selling and financing hospitality commercial real estate in North America.
Liaison between team and Mandarin speaking overseas investors.
Works under the direct supervision of experienced team of sales professionals in a training capacity.
Rapid advancement opportunity to senior roles.
Maintains lines of communication with Mandarin speaking clients, to provide updates on team activity as well as relevant transaction details
Compiles property data for clients, such as revenue reports, summary reports, maps, status updates and presentations for listing assignments.
Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, and sales agreements.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date information on properties, market availability, and ownership records in company databases.
Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients.
Gathers, prepares and distributes marketing materials.
Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date information on tenants, market availability, and leases in company databases.
Other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Mandarin proficiency required
Real Estate Salesperson license required or willingness to obtain within first 3 months of employment
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research skills.
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
