Job Description:

Position Overview

Great opportunity to work for a large multinational company as a Commercial Project Manager(CPM) and interact with all aspects of operations, accounting and financial analysis supporting our gas turbine services business.

The key areas of responsibilities:

Working closely with Project Managers as their finance counterpart to execute complex Long Term Service Contracts and Modernization & Upgrade contracts

Supports various cost analyses including percentage of completion accounting.

In conjunction with marketing and operations, participates in preparation of monthly forecasts.

Supports development of annual cost centers and product line budgets.

Performs account reconciliations.

Supports month end closing and reporting.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred (Finance or related degree will be considered).

5-8 years of relevant project finance management experience with an emphasis on complex projects management and controlling

Experience with construction contracts and related revenue recognition

Proficient in Excel at an advanced level.

Understanding of foreign exchange accounting to support project accounting.

Ability and willingness to work overtime (month end and during the month).

Must take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks with demonstrated ability to learn tasks quickly.

Candidate must be self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals & be proactive in problem solving.

Must be able to work in a cross cultural environment supporting worldwide regional transactions.

Flexibility to adapt in a fast paced environment with very demanding and changing deadlines, ability to successfully complete tasks as assigned, efficiently and within a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent communication & teamwork/networking skills.

5-10% Travel.
