We are seeking a Project Supervisor to work onsite one of our client facilities. This position will be Monday through Friday with flexiability at needed.

Job Description

  • Review Daily Census and ensure all patients are being screened according to the company standards.

  • Review accounts screened as potential returns from the hospital based screeners for accuracy and prompt to revisits as needed.

  • Ensure that tickler file is place and being used accordingly (follow up every 3 days for inhouse patients). Any inhouse account in which we are still determining eligibility should be followed up aggressively to ensure that we maximize all efforts and perform a screening prior to discharge.

  • Review all E000s (new inpatient inventory) prior to end of day to ensure that all newly assigned inpatient inventory has been addressed from a screening efforts standpoint.

  • Review all E900s and ensure that these are either submitted to facility for timely billing or closed out in Apogee accordingly.

  • Review daily screening reports to ensure that accounts are being screened & addressed accordingly.

  • Track employees goals and performance in accordance to given guidelines.

  • Randomly review inventory notes to ensure that these are meeting both client and company expectations.

  • Randomly follow screeners to the floor and ensure that screenings are thorough.

  • Ensure that staff is following protocol in obtaining consent from nurse’s station prior to screening patient, is performing proper introduction, is being thorough on screening efforts, communicating with case management as needed, etc.

  • Obtain a reconciliation report of all accounts sitting in the assigned Alegis Financial Class/Rep Code and forward to Alegis’ IS unit for immediate reconciliation.

  • Generate aging reports depicting assigned dates, current dates and respective status codes.

  • Attend monthly meetings as scheduled and/or needed with client as well as with any other parties vital to our operations.

  • Run month end clean-up for respective project(s).

  • Run end of month reports and review these with immediate supervisor. Forward to client upon review.

  • Submit invoices to designated facility personnel on designated scheduled timeframes.

Essential Qualifications, Education and Skills

  • Prior Medicaid experience.

  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish).

  • 1-3 years’ experience in related field.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must be able to multi-task

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service

  • Detail oriented
