A Bilingual Marketing Coordinator (Korean/English) is responsible for processing inbound mini vacations sales and Hawaii Introductory Vacations Programs while distributing Hilton Grand Vacations information and providing tour information for guests and visitors in an effort to book a preview or sell a promotional vacation package.
What will I be doing?
A Bilingual Marketing Coordinator (Korean/English) is responsible for processing inbound mini vacations sales and Hawaii Introductory Vacations Packages while distributing Hilton Grand Vacations information and providing tour information for guests and visitors in an effort to book a preview or sell a promotional vacation package. Handle multiple incoming phone calls including but not limited to Package Sales, Package Activations, confirmations and customer service inquires. Interact with guests over the phone on a daily basis by offering them the opportunity to learn more about our new property through booking/scheduling resort previews and tours. Meet minimum production standards for package sales, qualified tours, sales volume and volume per guest VPG). Complies with all reasonable requests put forth by management.
High School Diploma
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in Korean (speak, read, write)
Intermediate English language skills (speak, read, write)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities
Minimum 3 months customer service experience
Professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relation and etiquette over the phone and via email
Ability to work in a timely manner, critically think and work in a team environment is essential
Experience working with VOICE and Salesforce
Experience working in timeshare industry
Bilingual fluency in Japanese (reading, speaking, writing)
Call Center experience
Thorough understanding of the island of the island of Oahu with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island
