Basic Qualifications

Experience with the following:

• Develop and publish guides

• Launch employee training

• Debrief employees

• Make policy and long term goal recommendations

• Experience facilitating group meetings

• Excellent analytic and writing skills

• Familiar with EO 13526 and other applicable federal regulations

Job Description

• Develop and apply advanced concepts, techniques and standards based on principles, sources and methods governed by Executive Order 13526

• Recommend processes and methods for information sharing, develop guidance to address issues and recommend solutions that could serve as precedent for future decisions

• Support the full scope of management activities including but not limited to: drafting policies, developing topical and special guides

• Analyze documents to identify content that requires classification, dissemination control, or required protection and mark documents appropriately as required

• Identify gaps in guides and needed updates and advise

• Provide progress reports and updates on the status of the guides as required

• Provide support to Special Projects as required

• Prepare guides pertaining to national security information covering mission specific topical and specialty subjects as required
