Invesco Head of EMEA Relationship Management & Reporting in Henley, United Kingdom


To manage relationships (our partners within Global Regions, UK & Ireland, Continental Europe and Asia-Pacific).As the Head of Relationship Management, you’ll be responsible for managing both the strategic and the day-to-day operational relationships with internal stakeholders. Included within this role will be all MI, forecasting and Board Reporting and therefore you will be responsible for ensuring key milestones and data is delivered.


Key Responsibilities:


To develop a thorough understanding of our partners current and future strategies and tactics, working with them to ensure that EMEA Fund Services are supporting these and seen as a value-adding partner.


To work with our partners within UK, AP and CE to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our working relationship, ensuring operations can deliver.


To provide direction, guidance and knowledge of what partner requirements are to the EMEA Fund Services business, enabling Fund Services to manage, prioritise and meet our partner’s expectations.


Engaging and supporting stakeholders across the business in their day to day engagement with Fund Services.


To build and develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and engendering a partnership approach to the relationship that supports the service delivery to our partners.


Production of MI, reports, forecasting, budgets and board papers for UK, Cross Border Fund Services and Client Services for the EMEA Boards.


Supporting the Head of EMEA TA in initiatives.


Oversight of Service Level agreements (internal/external); in particular the activities provided by IFDS to Invesco.


Work to ensure metrics and budgetary materials are produced and challenged to facilitate strong MI and business decisions. Pro-active analysis of MI trends and data driven by the vendor management tool.


Ensuring consistency of operations across the EMEA Fund Services teams and delivering business area initiatives, different jurisdictions and differing rules.


Management and co-ordination of Audits and collating audit responses in a timely manner.


To actively participate as a member of the EMEA Fund Services Management Group, supporting the business in the delivery of its goals.


Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications required for Job:

  • Experience of working in Operations / Operations related topics within the Financial Services industry, preferably asset management.

  • Proven leadership, people management and organisational skills

  • Proven ability to operate at a strategic level and with detail as appropriate

  • Experience of managing significant change as well as evidence of relationship management required.

  • Proven track record in managing and building stakeholder relationships

  • Management of a client focussed and transaction driven department, preferably within the Fund management business
