Position Description/Requirements Responsibilities:Working with cross functional business teams, be able to creates, modify and support computer applications which deliver specific business outcomes and capability.Job Duties:* Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective with analyst, supervisor, and client.* Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.* Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.* Programs the computer by entering coded information.* Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.* Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.* Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.Skills and Qualifications:General Programming Skills, Analyzing Information , Problem Solving, Software Algorithm Design, Software Performance Tuning, Attention to Detail, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Teamwork and good communication skills is a must. Working knowledge of MS Office and .Net and Web Development experience is a plus.Position Requirements:* Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.* Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter semesters.* Must live within commuting distance to the Hemlock site.* Must upload most current transcript and current class schedule.
