  • Supervise, plan, organize, and coordinate shop functions/responsibilities in accordance with developed Standard Procedures, plans and internal operating procedures for the shop. Recommend changes and development of the above plans and procedures.

  • Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on MHE and trailers. Initiate schedule changes to accomplish established goals and objectives.

  • Analyze data to establish servicing and replacement criteria. Prepare Shop correspondence and reports.

  • Responsible for developing, administering, and evaluating the shop budget while maintaining parts inventory. Initiate requisitions for all repair or replacement parts.

  • Responsible for reporting potential real environmental concerns to the Environmental Service.

Education: High School graduate or GED. Certifiable technical or trade training highly desireable.

Length of Experience: Four (4) years direct experience in maintaining MHE with one (1) year of supervisory experience.

Licenses/Registration: Should be able to obtain and maintain a valid State CDL drivers license unless physically unqualified to obtain such a license.
