Study Coordinator

COVANCE is a leading global drug development services company and we provide support to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries.

We are recruiting for our Early Development team in Harrogate and are currently seeking to hire 2 Study Coordinators to help support the Immunochemistry and BioAnalytical teams.

This is a full time position, based in our Harrogate office.

About the Job

Within this position, your duties will include:

• Assists Study Director/Principal Investigator in drafting study documentation and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with appropriate regulatory standards such as GLP & GCP

• Aids in report preparation, including tables and figures. Complies analytical information from laboratory groups

• Oversees report production through finalisation, including archiving of data

• Review and respond to all study specific audits and client comments with SD/PI or appropriate laboratory group. Ensures that all necessary report/raw data clarifications are completed

• Participates in routine client visits under direction of the SD/PI

• Interacts/communicates with client regarding study issues as applicable

About You

To be successful in this position, you will need to be degree level educated in a Science related subject (desired but not essential)

Additionally, you will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent Word processing and Excel skills-essential

• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload-essential

• Bioanalysis knowledge and experience desired but not essential

• Able to interact and liaise with colleagues at all levels

• Proven experience of taking responsibility for own workload

Education/Qualifications: •The post holder should ideally have a relevant scientific degree and at least 6 months relevant work experience

Experience: •The post holder will possess at least 6 months of study co-ordinator or Immunochemistry experience or experience in a similar role
