-Define, size and monitor market in terms of customer segments for specific products
-Work with Regional Product to define pricing / origination strategies for each Trade product for Vietnam.
-Lead Trade origination efforts through client calling and engagement with Banking and TTS Sales partners.
-Responsible both for maintaining and growing existing Trade portfolio, as well as adding new clients for Trade.
-Closely monitor competitive activities and plans and formulate initiative to preempt the competition
-Initiate new and creative ways of enhancing existing and developmental products to address changing customer needs/trends
-Work closely with Regional Product on new product/initiative development, regional deals, opportunity identification for both traditional and structured trade product,
-Work with TTS Sales team to provide product direction and support
-Understand key customers business flows and requirements in order to identify potential trade opportunities.
-Ensure trade deals booked meeting required return threshold and Trade Finance RAC.
-Be responsible for deal review as required by Regional/Global Trade.
-Keep abreast of market/economic and legal developments vis-à-vis the impact on product under management.
-Assist Operations/Sales with technical inquiries/investigations
-Prepare local and regional report
-Network management – local and regional to source trade opportunities.
-Finance and Banking Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in banking sector, Trade knowledge is required.
-Prior experience in product management is an advantage.
-Good organizational, planning, prioritization and time management skills
-Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
-Fluent English is required.
