Qualification MBA – Marketing; Graduation in Life Sciences
Experience 7 – 9 years
Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs for India. Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing initiatives at the highest level of management and coach, guide and monitor its successful implementation.
Growing the product portfolio through improved market pull, competitive gains and leveraging regional best practices in sales and marketing.
Market Development / Advocacy / Partnerships
Formulating and implementing of detailed marketing programs in order to achieve rapid top line growth, gross profit margin improvement and monitor marketing spends.
Lead the Strategic planning and Review process and identify/ execute strategic partnerships for positioning complete storyboard to the market.
Own and drive the programs i.e., market conversion programs, introduction of new products, increased range penetration, competitive conversions, instrument company liaison / co-marketing with clearly defined outcomes
Establish and maintain working relationships with each customer account in order to drive sales and monitor customer service and support
Monitor accounts to ensure that problems are being corrected and customer satisfaction levels are maintained at high levels; Focus on Rental Breakeven and Secondary Sales Analysis.
Build clinical Competency and solution selling skills of Sales Team.
Closely working with Clinical Resource Consultants and Product Manager to enhance clinical and marketing capabilities.
Develop a system of tracking and monitoring the delivery and their effectiveness of the training programs in terms of contribution to the business growth (range penetration,
revenue and profits)
Supporting Critical Business Analysis and leading the DS long term strategy.
Ensuring 100% ROR compliance and managing the marketing calendar
Leading the monthly S&OP and regulatory process.
