The Role primarily relates to handling of the following responsibilities:

  • Managing flawless transaction processing with the team within specified TAT

  • Ensuring all controls are adhered to and audit readiness at all times

  • Managing of vendors engaged in various levels of processing

  • Ensuring cost control and cost saves

  • Interacting with customers and internal stakeholders related to issues and thereby resolving the same

  • involvement in various project related activities

  • Authorization of transactions in product processors

  • build up product level understanding and expertise within the team

Qualifications

Education:

  • Master’ Degree/ CA / MBA

  • MBA from Pier Institute

Experience:

  • Candidates with1- 2 years of related work exp

Skills:

  • Process and analytical skills with eye for detail and use systematic and creative approaches for problem solving

  • Team players with strong relationship building skills to enable them to adapt to the dynamic business of Citi

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skill

  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and ability to develop strong partnerships with clients and other stakeholders

  • Sound understanding of Capital Markets in India and keeping abreast of emerging market developments

  • Ability to translate complex market requirements through clear and precise verbal and written communication

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of ownership in driving client requirements

  • Ability to translate client requirements and work with internal operations team to achieve results to the satisfaction of clients

  • Ability to adapt to constant changing needs of the business

  • Postgraduate qualifications are necessary
