The A-Team is the central, technical, outbound team that work's with Oracle's largest and most important customers. We support Oracle Sales, Consulting, Support as well as Internal customers in the Cloud . We provide deep technical, architectural and program management assistance when it is required from Oracle Development.
As part of the A-Team, your initial focus will be in the area of cloud provisioning, but you can be expected to work on a variety of efforts from many cross-functional areas both internal and external to Oracle. The traditional A-Team member works with customers to help them understand, organize, and develop/implement best practices.
We are currently looking for a Program Manager with extensive experience in managing multiple, simultaneous cross functional engagements working with both internal and external customers. You will have the opportunity to work on everything from Oracle's newest cloud products to helping customers with our existing products and related projects. Typical skills needed include:

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
