$9/hr base pay PLUS Incentives (Earn up to $11/hr!!)
Weekly earning potential based on working 40 hours a week
$1/hr shift differential bonus on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays (Full attendance is required to be eligible)
9% bonus pay on performance-based incentives
$.50 raise after 6 months
This full-time position is located in at our location in Greenwood, SC at the Greenwood Cross Creek Mall. We have a strict no-miss attendance policy for the 8-10 week training period (full-time, paid training).
- 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
NOTE: The training is Monday through Friday, but working shifts after training will include a scheduled day during the weekends. We do ask for open availability once training has been completed .
New Hours of Operation beginning on October 23, 2016:
- 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Sunday - Saturday

Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Must have interest/desire to work in a sales environment
Strong customer focus
Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate
Strong evaluation and analysis skills
Strictly adheres and demands strict adherence to the company’s policies
Excellent attention to detail
Must have ability to accept constructive feedback and apply coaching techniques.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, corporate procedures/regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
