Requirements:

Bachelor's Level Degree required. Five years of progressively responsible related experience including one year of leadership experience required. Certified Public Accountant preferred

Description:

Under the direction of the Regional Controller, the Manager of Time and Attendance will be responsible for managing the time management of Ascension Wisconsin utilized in preparation of the bi-weekly payroll. Ensures time and attendance policies and procedures are adhered to on a weekly basis to ensure pay practices are followed and associate time is collected and calculated appropriately. Coordinates with local time approvers and managers to ensure staff is educated on time collection methods, approves time cards in a timely basis, and received management approval in compliance with local and system policy. The Manager of Time and Attendance coordinates the bi-weekly payroll with the Ministry Service Center, performing reasonableness testing, audits, and edits. Assists local leadership with the processing of ad hoc payments to associates and physicians, ensure payments are entered as appropriate, and payments are in compliance with applicable contracts. Coordinates training for local time approvers and management. Coordinates the fulfillment of requests for pre-PeopleSoft related payroll information. "Job Summary: Provides daily operational oversight and leadership for payroll activities and resources.Responsibilities:Develops and implements policies, procedures and processes.|Determines work priorities, assigns and schedules workloads, and monitors quantity and quality of work.|Serves as point of contact for identifying and resolving issues affecting payroll processing.|Ensures operational compliance with internal control procedures and applicable regulatory requirements."
