Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, Master’s preferred; Eight years of progressively responsible experience required. Two years of leadership experience preferred.

Description:

The Manager of Provider Compensation administers compensation and incentive plans approved by executive leadership. Interacts directly with MDs including On-boarding/Transitioning to the standard compensation plan, responds to day-to-day questions regarding compensation and serves as the primary point of contact for all provider compensation questions. Develops strong relationships across departments (HR, Legal, Payroll, Accounting, Operations) to drive the highest level of collaboration and effectiveness. Leads the incentive data collection and reporting process across multiple departments including Clinical Quality, Decision Support, Operations, and VPMA/CMO. Oversees the development of the compensation budget. Coordinates analysis of compensation questions with analysts and specialists according to their skills and abilities. Directs and advises on processes that improve and streamline department work. Coaches and mentors direct reports; assigns work according to availability and skills; assesses performance and provides feedback."Job Summary: Manages financial analysis and reporting.Responsibilities:Performs major role in monthly closing activities and financial statement preparation.
