Description:

Under the supervision of the System Director Decision Support for Ascension Wisconsin, the Director Productivity Reporting and Analysis is responsible for labor productivity report development and dashboards for all of Ascension Wisconsin which includes integration of data from multiple sources. This position will lead a team responsible for the analysis, interpretation and reporting of labor productivity data to support management decision-making in areas such as labor productivity, labor budgeting and labor benchmarking. On a day to day basis this leadership position oversees a team that provides accurate, consistent and meaningful data that is combined from multiple systems until we are integrated into a standard platform. "Job Summary: Leads development and implementation of financial policies, procedures and practices.Responsibilities:Directs and manages staff to include assignment of work, evaluating, coaching, hiring and terminating.|Collaborates on developing, implementing and evaluating finance-related strategies and initiatives.|Oversees development and monitoring of departmental budgets.|Ensures compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and administrative requirements."Additional ResponsibilitiesResponsible for labor productivity report development and dashboards for all of Ascension Wisconsin which includes integration of data from multiple sources.Leads a team responsible for the analysis, interpretation and reporting of labor productivity data to support management decision-making in areas such as labor productivity, labor budgeting and labor benchmarking. Effectively lead the transition from legacy ministry systems to centralized Ascension platforms. Effectively lead and support a consistent approach relating to labor productivity. Effectively prioritize, manage and communicate status of numerous data requests often with competing priorities. Supports state-wide strategic initiatives in the areas of Labor management and staffing.
