Requirements:

Bachelor's Level Degree required. Master's preferred. Eight years of progressively responsible experience required. Two years of leadership experience preferred.

Description:

The Director of Provider Compensation supports the development of provider compensation and incentive plans. The Director contributes to executive workgroups, led by Sr. leadership to design compensation strategies including, but not limited to production and incentive structure and payment methodologies, CME, leadership rates, and all other facets of compensation. Reviews and recommends updates to compensation policies. Implements changes as appropriate. Subject matter expert on regulations and business changes that affect compensation, assessing and communicating impact. Completes Fair Market Value analysis on compensation for new hires. Reviews effectiveness of compensation plans to ensure that objectives are being met. Provides leadership, support, and guidance to business leaders in all areas of compensation. Presents and defends annual compensation budgets, and monthly P&L variances to senior leadership. Coaches and mentors direct reports; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback."Job Summary: Directs financial planning and budgeting activities and resources.Responsibilities:Supervises and directs daily operations.|Oversees long-term financial planning and modeling. Directs preparation of annual integrated strategic financial plan.|Directs monthly financial operational analysis and closing activities.|Develops and coordinates capital allocation process. Develops initial methodology, implements strategy and ensures ongoing coordination of the process."Additional ResponsibilitiesContributes to executive workgroups, led by Sr. leadership to design compensation strategies including, but not limited to production and incentive structure and payment methodologies, CME, leadership rates, and all other facets of compensation.Provides leadership, support, and guidance to business leaders in all areas of compensation. Stays current on industry compensation practices and changing legal issues, assessing their potential impact on the business, including developing connections/networks with MGMA, AMGA, HFMA, and CMS.Subject matter expert on regulations and business changes that affect compensation, assessing and communicating impact.
