Job Description

The Customer Planning and Analysis team provides financial, analytical and industrial engineering support to our airport locations across the world. Our goal is to maximize productivity and efficiency while providing optimal customer service.


  • Develop and maintain airport staffing models to analyze manpower requirements and provide accurate headcount forecasts

  • Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to manpower planning issues and build strategies to optimize manpower

  • Perform time and motion studies and analyze results to make recommendations to change standards and processes

  • Evaluate the financial implications of strategic projects such as capital expenditures and process and technology changes

  • Work closely with airport leadership to evaluate changes to current staffing practices

  • Complete ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience/training

  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines and shift priorities appropriately in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with great attention to detail

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must be willing to travel on company business if and when necessary

  • Hours of operation are typically Monday-Friday with occasional extended hours outside of the regularly scheduled shift
