AHRC Nassau Coordinator, Total Facilities Management in Freeport, New York
35hrs per week flex
Manage commercial cleaning services that includes 3 facilities, 35 retail locations, and over 100 houses. Responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing, scheduling, equipment, supplies, vehicles, and customer services.
High School diploma required. 10 years porter experience and 5 years of supervisory experience of porter services with an organization that had a minimum of 10 full time porters required. 5 years floor work experience including stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet extraction and cleaning services. 2 years previous experience in formal porter training programs approved by the NYS Department of Education.
Valid and qualified NYS Driver’s License. Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite Applications and QuickBooks preferred.
