JOB REQUIREMENTS: Req ID: 9181 As a Full Stack Infrastructure Engineer, you support systems infrastructure, hardware, and software, including: analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, provisioning, upgrade and day-to-day operations. Applying established best practices, you will take charge of build decisions, infrastructure and systems software design on larger, more complex systems to achieve strategic objectives in the areas of service management, risk management and project delivery. You will: execute Detail Design tasks and create associated deliverables; consult on right-sizing decisions for infrastructure, software solutions, and services; provide functional analysis and oversight for incident management; establish monitoring and automation processes to increase efficiencies; develop scope, scale and budgets for support projects. Engineering standards and best practices Developing estimates for support or projects Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with immediate team members, other IS areas, and clients in other departments Ability to set priorities for scope, risk and quality of technology solutions to meet business needs Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization Experience with Unix/Linux system administration including RHEL and AIX Strong scripting abilities - for building tools to perform system automation activities. Ideally this would include at least one or more of the following: Ansible, Perl, Pyhton, or Unix Shell Proven experience using containerization and software defined infrastructure. Ideally this would include at least one or more of the following: Docker, Kubernetes, or Vagrant Experience with software development tools and continuous delivery and integration technologies. Ideally this would include at least one or more of the following: Jenkins, Git based repositories, UrbanCode, or Nexus Detailed knowledge of web servers and middleware technologies.
