In this newly created role, the HR Coordinator will provide support to the Corporate Office, as well as over 100 clinics within the Southeast Region of the United States and Texas.   • Integral member of dynamic, progressive, HR team.

  • Provides administrative and functional support to the Human Resources and Recruiting Teams.

  • Reviews, identifies and advises on current HR processes.

  • Partners with recruiters to support efforts through communication with candidates, coordination of orientation paperwork, completion of background checks and references.

  • Corresponds with employees to answer questions and responds to employee requests for information regarding leave of absence, HR policies etc.

  • Manage administration of HRIS, as well as assist in benefits administration including but not limited to monthly health and welfare benefits enrollment, employee recognition program, and leaves of absence process

  • Ensures that all data is accurately managed in ADP system.

  • Ensures all employment lifecycle processes are followed (new hire, status change, benefits admin, termination etc.)

  • Assists in other project work as needed

  • Organizing, managing, and coordinating the operations and functions of all personnel files.

  • 1-2 Human Resources experience or related Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Demonstrated proficiency in EXCEL, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Experience working with confidential data and information

  • Ability to work independently on a large variety of projects

  • Ability to make good decisions with or without all relevant information- demonstrates solid judgement
