The Client Engagement Strategistposition is responsible for partnering with new and existing members to deepen engagement, providing an exceptional learning and networking experience. You will also serve as an organizational resource to grow our programs and uncover new business development and programming opportunities. Your creativity will fuel client engagement in high quality program implementation, tools and strategic frameworks for our members’ continuous professional development. Relying on exceptional project management skills, the Client Engagement Strategist will be responsible for virtual and in-person learning events. As a key member of the learning and development team, you will be the point person for communications to our members, welcoming new members and creating opportunities for learners to engage with quality resources, industry experts and colleagues.
- BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
- Minimum of one to three years of successful project management
- Fluent use of Social Media applications
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce.com and Hubspot experience is a plus
- Organizational skills, time management mastery, and interpersonal skills
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and operate with a high sense of urgency and ownership
