Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/Healthcare firm, is currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist for a 5-6 month contract position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Fort Worth, TX.

The hours for this position are as follows

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

This role is responsible for providing high quality Human Resources support to achieve business objectives and proactively resolve HR issues, implement Human Resources policies as a generalist and partner with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives. This role will take on HR Project as needed as well as support the Surgical Equipment Service & Support organization of about 200, mostly non-exempt, field associates.


  • Proactively builds good working relationship with client group and seeks to understand their business challenges. Supports & executes on defined talent agenda.

  • Supports and manages the implementation of enterprise-wide HR programs, processes and practices across the client group in coordination with HR COEs (Talent Management & Development, Compensation, and HR Business Excellence).

  • Provides coaching and support in all areas of talent management, including selection, assessment, development, deployment, engagement and retention of talent, as well as performance management. On-boarding and off-boarding of talent.

  • In consultation with compensation CoE, supports client in completing job evaluations. Executes the salary review process. Advises client group on performance management process and contributes to establish a quality process.

  • Advises & supports line managers as well as employees on developmental tools (training courses, opportunities for developmental assignments, etc.).

  • Supports clients in navigation of the HR processes and systems related to entry, development, retention and release of employees. Conducts exit interviews as necessary with client groups.

  • May also provide detailed advice or instruction and recommends adaptations to processes.

  • Uses basic analytical techniques and or previous experience to identify the most appropriate option or to adapt or improve existing approaches. Ensures the success and results of small team projects and business activity.

  • Coordinates available resources to achieve expected results, either through managing work flow of the team, or ensuring effective deployment of project information and materials.


Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of directly related experience. Excellent communication, organizational and technical skills. Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Pharmaceutical, medical device or regulated industry experience would be beneficial.
