Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/Healthcare firm, is currently seeking a Compliance Adminsitrative Specialist for a five-month temporary position with possibility to extend. The position is located in Fort Worth, TX.

The hours for this position are as follows

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm This position will sit at the client location in Fort Worth Pay rate for this role is an hourly range of $18 to $22/hour.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Preparation, assembly, critical review and submission for approval of Field Action Assessments, regulatory reporting Field Alert Reports, regulatory responses and follow up reports to ensure agreed and statutory target dates are met. Review of new regulatory standards / guidelines and determination of impact of changes on systems and procedures. Prepare divisional summaries of findings as needed. Prepare gap assessment tools used for dissemination of Rapid Alert information. Prepare divisional summaries for Rapid Alert assessments. Develop compliance communication tools to be distributed to manufacturing sites. Support risk assessment remediation activities, as needed. Support the management of market withdrawal activities to include reconciliation of units, documentation of destruction, reporting updates to regulatory agencies and maintaining documentation in an audit ready state. Perform monthly, quarterly and annual trending /reporting as required. Participate in establishment of budget and budget presentations. Thorough knowledge of standard quality concepts, practices and techniques. Develops solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of directly related experience. You must be advanced (5+ years) with Microsoft Word and Excel. You have excellent data management skills. You must be able to work within a multiple disciplinary across multiple time zones to accomplish completion of activities. You must be able to perform and review site gap assessments associated with company Quality module /directive implementation. You are required to manage all aspects of assigned projects including planning, execution, documentation, scheduling, regulatory compliance with a high degree of independence. In addition, this role requires sound written and oral communication skills.
