We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, career-minded individuals who love what they do! Currently we are looking to add a dynamic, engaging individual to our Accounts Receivable team. A/R Analyst responsibilities include: working with Community Directors and Portfolio Managers to ensure accurate recording of day-to-day activity, evaluating and processing forfeitures, and compiling month end reports for the Accounting Department.
The successful candidate must have:

A strong work ethic with consistent and reliable attendance.
Familiarity with property management policies and procedures and Yardi software are preferred but not required.
JOB NARRATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalency certificate
Valid driver’s license and insured operable vehicle
Preferred experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A/R Analyst responsibilities include but not limited to:
Completing Move-Out Forfeitures
Correcting misapplied money
Preparing Month End Financial Reports
Auditing Bank Deposits
Mailing out refund checks
Maintaining Back Up Documentation
Perform any and all functions as directed by the Accounts Receivable Manager and Assist Manager
Assisting Other A/R Analysts as needed
Comply with all FPI employee policies and procedures.
