PioneerCare Human Resources Director in Fergus Falls, Minnesota

PioneerCare seeks a talented and motivated individual to serve as Human Resources Director. This full time leadership position provides administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources functions throughout the organization. Job Description In this role, the successful candidate will oversee and participate in staff recruitment and retention efforts; maintain current knowledge of industry trends and legislation and ensure the organization s compliance; provide annual review of related policies, procedures and practices; communicate and ensure compliance to changes in related policy, procedure and practices; assist leadership in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's wage and benefits program; conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations; consult with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CEO, on personnel matters; work directly with department coordinators to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters; recommend, evaluate and participate in staff development for the organization; maintain a human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel information needs; supervise human resources staff; participate on committees and special projects and seek additional responsibilities.
