Department Overview

The Information Analyst II will support the creation and enhancement of the core reporting of Performance Integrity (PI) case volumes and outcomes across the Consumer Bank in order to inform senior management and the Board of potential sales misconduct. This will involve database management, data integrity assurance, data input policies and procedures, and development of management reporting. The role will report directly to the Head of Performance Integrity, and will partner closely with PI investigators and the PI management team.

Skills preferred:

• Proficient PC skills including a strong competency in MS Excel/Access, with the ability to build and maintain a database through Access or more advanced means.

Job Description The Information Analyst II plans, creates, and maintains databases in support of departmental activities.

Job Requirements

•Supports team by integrating and translating all sources of information for reporting.

•Delivers various aspects of research, analysis, design, support, and/or testing.

•Performs work under minimal supervision and may provide coaching to others.

•Plans, creates, and maintains moderately complex databases in support of department activities to collect, manage and report information required by management.

•Works with users to ensure information reported meets user requests based on business requirements.

•Completes data import/transfer and provides quality control of input by others.

•Submits data to and from various Company and outside sources such as vendors, compliance agencies and business partners.

•Reviews data flow and provides experienced insight and recommendations to improve timeliness and quality of information received.

•Designs, prepares and distributes various standard reports and analyses.

•Reviews department requirements and suggests new reports based on developed knowledge of data and information needs of users.

•Reviews output to ensure accuracy and usefulness.

•Audits databases for accuracy and consistency and ensures users are aware of the data components available for reporting.

•Supports data integrity to ensure data is adequately backed up and data recovery procedures are effective.


•Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below

•2-4 Years of related experience

•Background in specific department's activities required

•Demonstrate strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite with database design and troubleshooting skills

•Network knowledge, Visual Basic preferred

•Ability to analyze laws and regulations (if applicable)

•Ability to build solid internal and external relationships

•Demonstrated project management skills

•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with ability to provide clear and articulate written reports
