Job Description Job Description: Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Inbound calls are generated from a letter that was sent out to customer or a customer returning a message left from earlier. Typically handle 60 calls a day. Qualifications: -Must have good Excel Skills -Must have ability to navigate a computer system and multiple databases. -Fluent in French is needed -Must have some form of customer service -High attention to detail -Ability to type and talk at same time Performance Expectations: -Measure quality on 15% of their calls; measure things such as identifying the caller by name, tone, notes/data entry after call, associate loan to call, etc.) -96% is the score that meets expectation; new hires have 3 months to get to this mark. -Attendance
